Shanghai Youran Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 2015, is composed of two main divisions.

The first division is the Sales and Engineering Department, located at No. 10, Lane 58, Chenbao Road, Jiading District, Shanghai, with a facility area of approximately 1,500 square meters. This department is mainly responsible for order intake, product development and inspection, and shipment. The company also has extensive experience in joint R&D projects with customers, as well as in providing corresponding process and technical support.

The second division is the Manufacturing Department, located in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. The production facility covers an area of 40,000 square meters and is a comprehensive industrial enterprise integrating casting and precision machining.

The company employs more than 200 staff, with strong R&D capabilities and strict quality control systems. Its main products include automotive parts, gearboxes, vacuum pumps, injection molding machines, robot components, and other mechanical parts, covering a wide range of castings.

The company is equipped with automatic ring molding lines, horizontal molding lines, shell mold lines, resin sand lines, and coated sand lines. Machining equipment includes various horizontal and vertical machining centers, lathes, and other CNC machines. Complete inspection and testing equipment are available, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of castings. The company has passed the IATF 16949 Quality Management System Certification.
